But your IT equipment is essential to your enterprise and deserves much more powerful warranty coverage. That's why North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc. backs all our certified pre-owned products with an industry-leading warranty policy that covers them for a full TWO year.
There is no charge if we are unable to repair the phone.

We will repair your product, provide free advanced replacement, or credit your account if you have a problem with any product under warranty.

Standard 2-Year Warranty Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc. Certified Pre-Owned products and selected new products purchased after January 1, 2010 carry a 2-year for the original purchasers of the products from North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc.
North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its Certified Pre-owned Products will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for a period of 2 years from the date the product is shipped by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc. to the customer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, reasonable use of the product during the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply:

If a product covered by this warranty is claimed to be defective, the customer must follow the warranty return policy described below. Upon receipt of returned products, North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., at its sole discretion, will either choose to repair, replace or issue a credit to the customer’s account.

The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product shall terminate upon the termination date of the original warranty period of the defective product.

This warranty only covers Certified Pre-Owned Product(s) and selected new product(s).
All partnered manufactures are excluded from this warranty.
Our Certified Pre-Owned Product passes a comprehensive physical inspection, is exposed to rigorous refurbishment, is kept in our state-of-the-art warehouse and is stored and sent in quality packaging.

Turnaround time

North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc. guarantees 2-3 day turnaround time for all repair orders.
If your turnaround time is over 3 business days, North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc offers you free shipping.

Warranty Product Return Policy

If a product covered by this warranty is claimed to be defective, the end-user customer must request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) in accordance with the Returns Procedures set forth below.
An RMA request will be approved only if the product is still within the warranty period, and the customer follows the Returns Procedures described below.
The defective product must be received by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., within 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued.
A defective product received by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., Inc. more than 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued will not be accepted by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., and will not be eligible for repair, replacement or credit. North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc. will only pay the cost of freight for the defective product to be returned to North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., if the customer uses the North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., approved freight carrier and account number provided in the RMA documentation.
Warranties, Software, Key Codes, Voice Mails, Service Agreements and Special Order Items are not eligible for warranty return.

Customer Return Policy: (Non-Defective Products)

If a customer wishes to return a non-defective product, the customer must request an RMA in accordance with the Returns Procedure below.
An RMA request will be approved only within 30 calendar days from the date of original invoice for the purchase of the product. Please contact your sales representative before requesting an RMA.
For all RMA requests for non-defective products, other than an error made by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to the customer.
Except in the case of an error made by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., the customer accepts responsibility for the cost of freight (both original and return shipment).
Customers must return the product in the same condition and packaged in the same manner in which it was delivered from North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., to the customer.
If a product has a manufacturer seal, and the manufacturer seal is broken, the product is not returnable. Products received after 30 calendar days from the RMA create date will not be accepted by North Star TeleCOMMHit Inc., and will not be eligible for credit.
Warranties, Software, Key Codes, Service Agreements and Special Order Items are not eligible for return. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about product eligibility for return.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NORTH STAR TELECOMMHIT INC.’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
THE WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS ABOVE CONSTITUTE NORTH STAR TELECOMMHIT INC’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY HEREUNDER AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL NORTH STAR TELECOMMHIT INC., OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Returns Procedures

The following procedure is required when sending a Repair or Warranty order.

  1. Please send an email to customerservice@repairphones.com (preferred) OR contact us at 847-647-1088 to obtain a RMA# for each order.
  2. Please fax /email a copy of PO # to 847-647-0507 / customerservice@repairphones.com
  3. Specify the repair date and serial numbers of the products.
  4. Ship to the following address:
